Scoopnyc.com wants you to love your purchase! If you are not delighted with your selection, return the item within 21 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund your original form of payment. Simply follow the guidelines below.
Merchandise must be in its original condition with garment tags attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All women's swimwear and intimates are final sale.
All men's swimwear, underwear and socks are final sale
Footwear must include the original shoe box without postal labels.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of these two options:
Please fill out the return section of the invoice completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
For your convenience, we have provided a pre-addressed return label. Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping labels that may be on your return package. Package the return and seal it securely. Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location.
If you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label, you will be charged a return fee of $10 upon receipt of your return.
If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address listed on our return label. If you do not use the pre-addressed return label, you will not incur the $10 return fee.
Present the merchandise to an associate at your closest Scoop NYC store with the invoice and credit card used to place the order. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt of your return. Your return will be processed within 3-4 business days and will be reflected on your next credit card statement. Scoop NYC stores do not accept exchanges for web orders at this time.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?
We currently do not offer merchandise exchanges. Please order the correct size or color from our site. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.
Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price, and if it has been marked down within 7 days of purchase.
